Lorenzo Russo holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Industrial Engineering and a degree with honors in Building Engineering – Architecture from the University of Calabria. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of “Architectural Surveying” and “Drawing and CAD Applications” at the Department of Civil Engineering within the same institution. Operating within the Architectural Survey Laboratory, his work focuses on the surveying of historical architectural heritage, specifically through innovative data acquisition and processing—such as laser scanning and digital photogrammetry—and the development of immersive realities and information models for the documentation, conservation, and promotion of cultural heritage
